These terms apply the moment you download or use MockUpThis, so please read them carefully first. If you don't agree with them, don't use the app. They work together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
01Licence & intellectual property
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use MockUpThis on your own Macs. You may not copy or modify the app, extract or reverse-engineer its source code, translate it, or create derivative versions. The app and all related trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property remain the property of Marco Cebrián Muiño.
02What you make is yours
The prototypes you make, and the exports and share links you create from them, belong to you. You are responsible for what you put in them, including pictures, text and logos you add, and for having the right to use them.
03Free trial, lifetime unlock and subscription
Every feature is free for 72 hours from the moment you start the free trial in the app. After that, you can unlock MockUpThis for good with a one-time purchase, or subscribe monthly. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you pay, and are charged to your Apple Account.
The monthly subscription renews automatically at the same price each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current month. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the app stays unlocked until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
04Pictures, icons and fonts from others
Photo, icon, avatar and font search shows material from Openverse, Wikimedia Commons, Picsum, Iconify, DiceBear and Google Fonts. That material belongs to its authors and comes under their licences; check the licence before using it outside your prototype. MockUpThis is not affiliated with these services, or with Apple, Google or any AI company named in its description.
05AI agents
If you turn on AI agents, the agent you connect acts in your open MockUpThis window on your behalf. You are responsible for the agent you choose, its terms, and what you ask it to do. Every change it makes can be undone in the app.
06No warranty
MockUpThis makes prototypes: pictures and clickable mockups of apps, not working apps. It is provided as is. Keep a copy of projects that matter to you (Share › Download project). Marco Cebrián Muiño accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss from using the app, including lost work.
07Updates & termination
The app is available for macOS. System requirements may change, and you'll need to install updates to keep using it. We may also stop providing the app and end your right to use it at any time without notice. On termination, the rights granted to you here end and you must stop using and, if asked, delete the app.
08Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time, so please check this page periodically. Any changes are effective as soon as they're posted here.
